U7 is a collaboration of seven community development corporations that has organized to support the retention of existing small businesses on University Avenue in the face of the construction of the Central Corridor light rail line.  Members are:  Aurora/St. Anthony CDC, Greater Frogtown CDC, Hmong Central Coalition, Selby Area CDC, Sparc, Metropolitan Consortium of Community Developers, and the Neighborhood Development Center.

UABA holds regular monthly Steering Comittee meetings on the first Wednesday of each month, 7:30am – 8:30am at U-Plan Community Planning Studio, 1956 University Avenue, (SE corner of Prior and University). 

On-street parking is available and off-street in rear parking lot stall numbers:  9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 30A.  Convenient to bus lines and bike parking posts on front sidewalk
